What is a basic tracking number? |
With every letter sent within Germany, you receive a basic tracking number. This tells you when the letter was scanned in the distribution center and when it will be delivered. But not whether and when it was delivered.

Why is my shipment sent as a parcel? |
We ship orders weighing 200 grams or more as a parcel, and the value of the goods if lost would not only annoy you but also us. As a parcel, your order will receive a real tracking number with which you, us and DHL can track the route of the parcel.

Why are international shipping costs so high? |
We send international shipments as insured parcels.
- Since January 1, 2019, the shipping of items designated as goods in the much cheaper international mail has been prohibited.
- Since a lot of things get lost, it is for your and our benefit to send all international shipments as insured packages with tracking. This way we know if and when your goods have arrived.
